pizza dough is made fresh, from scratch, everyday in our restaurant!
That fresh dough is topped with our home-made pizza sauce. It would be a
crime to spoil homemade dough and sauce with 2nd rate cheese – so we
use an ultra-premium mozzarella and provolone blend of cheese, and you
can taste the difference! On top of the best dough, sauce and cheese,
you guessed it, a premium selection of meats and fresh cut vegetables.
